| Welcome to YOUR Faith in Action! Faith in Action is an interfaith program providing neighborly type volunteer services to elderly and disabled individuals. Our volunteers serve all communities in Jefferson County, as well as surrounding areas in Dodge, Dane, and Walworth counties. Our services include friendly visits, grocery shopping, yard work, respite care, transportation, home repairs and modifications, and more. All of these volunteer services are provided at no cost to our Care Recipients. This website allows you to find out more about our program, apply to volunteer, request volunteer services, and more.
